I started drinking Apple Cider Vinegar just out of curiosity but i was shocked to see its results for weight loss.

So I took a tablespoon of Apple cider vinegar and diluted it in a glass of water and started taking this before every meal especially before breakfast and dinner.

With the ACV i had also stopped taking sugar that helped me more in my weight Loss journey.

After one week of Apple cider vinegar I started feelin my belly fat was reducing and my digestion was slowly getting better .
